For each temporary assignment, the complexity of the work to be performed, the level of experience required, as well as which candidates are available, will be considered in setting specific hourly bill rates.
- Accounting Personnel is responsible for the Assigned Temporary Employee’s payroll, and for withholding and remitting federal and NC payroll taxes
- Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, is completed in person & documentation is examined.
- In writing, Assigned Employee agrees to a pre-employment drug test, a criminal background check and a credit history report
- Assigned Temporary Employee is covered by Accounting Personnel’s workers' compensation insurance and a Dishonest Bond
Placement Fee -- When a company hires a person referred by Accounting Personnel, the placement fee is based on the annual compensation offered.

Pro-rated, 12 month guarantee: if employee hired from APT resigns, or is terminated, within the first 30 days, there is no charge to find a replacement. Call Dawson at 768-8188 for a detailed explanation of the 12 month Guarantee.
If after a forty five (45) day search an acceptable replacement is not found, APT will issue a credit based on the # months not yet worked (out of 12 months) - Credit can be applied to the next Direct hire or Temporary hiring need.
